We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Delivery Policy: Once an order has been placed online from the Ceramic City Tiles shop, you will recieve an email notification that your order has been received and processed. We provide an efficient and reliable delivery service to all our customers within the UK and countries within the European Union. Using courier services we are able to provide a next working day delivery on large package orders and if placed before 1pm. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and they will require a signature on delivery. For smaller package orders our standard 2-5 working day postal delivery service will apply. Local deliveries within 5 miles of our Showroom are the same day.

Returns Policy: You may return faulty goods within 30 days of receipt of your order. Return postage will be borne by the user. All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty, a full refund or exchange will be given. We will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product.
